Delivery Time 


Please allow approximately 10-15 working days from the date of ordering (Monday to Friday). Items are not shipped out on Bank Holidays. International deliveries may exceed this period, please allow up to 14 working days from the date of ordering.


PLEASE ALLOW 14 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT AN ORDER STATUS.

Please note: once an order has been placed, we can not change any details of your order, such as the following:


- The product purchased.

- The size of the item.

- The shipping address.

- Adding or subtracting any items to your order.

- The shipping method, or time of delivery.


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?


No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.


What forms of payment do you accept?


We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.


How secure is this store?

The BARRÈ-STORE is a fully functioning web-store. We use the latest technology to bring you the best experience. BARRÈ. understands the disappointment when you can not purchase the item you want. We do everything we can to make sure our site is fully stable. However, sometimes problems may arise.


BARRÈ.BASKET


When someone adds an item to their cart the system will temporarily remove that number of stock from our database (for up to 30 minutes), this can mean from time-to-time and especially in busy periods; the item you want may become unavailable.


BARRÈ.CACHE


When you visit a website your browser places information on your computer, this is known as a "cache". This can sometimes cause problems. If things seem to be going wrong or parts of the site are not showing up, you may need to clear your cache. This can be done in your web browsers settings.


What to do when you can't purchase an item?


If a person is holding the last garment in there basket, the web-store will refuse to serve you with that item until -


The item 'times-out' from that persons basket (30 minutes of inactivity).

The person removes it from their basket. Failing this, a restock to the item may be applied.

Please note: BARRÈ. operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. All items released in a set range, are strictly limited edition. 

(These limitations may be lifted in certain cases and a restock will follow).

We are happy to exchange any clothes or shoes within 21 days, in light of the following situations:


We have posted the wrong item.

The item received is damaged on arrival. ( you have to send image before)

You have ordered the wrong size.
